Cielo was engaged as part of the takeover and full-scale remediation of a 171-apartment residential complex, covering detailed internal demolition, full rectification of internal wall and framing systems, and reconstruction of non-compliant works to meet current codes. The project ran under strict regulatory oversight with a focus on risk mitigation, compliance and stakeholder confidence.
