The work

Appointed through the NAB panel to take over and remediate a 38-room, four-level boarding house with two basement levels after significant defects were identified. Urgent remedial works began in line with findings from leading consultancy firms and under the oversight of the NSW Office of the Building Commissioner, with a scope covering full rectification and completion to bring the building back to compliance, safety and long-term operational integrity.
